Q6: Do you provide photography services other than weddings?
We specialize in photography but collaborate often with other video teams. Working together with familiar faces has helped us continue to establish a more refined workflow. This not only helps us avoid from stepping on each other toes, but such synergy has led to some pretty creative inspirations! Q5: Does your studio provide videography services?
We do not provide partial day coverage on weekends, unless clients require at least 6 hours of coverage. However, we do provide partial day coverage for weddings and rehearsal dinners that take place during the weekday. Please contact us here for additional information.

Yes, those mentioned, along with weddings, are all considered ‘event photography.’ We are always excited to cover all aspects of ceremonies and celebrations.
Q3: Do you shoot Quinceaneras, Debutants, Bah Mitzvahs, or Corporate Events?
To answer simply, no we do not. Culling through the hundreds and sometimes thousands of photos is a part of our photographic process. We save you time by spending those hours sorting out and eliminating all of the technical mishaps like duplicates, missed focused shots, and unflattering expressions. We strive to deliver photos that represent the ideal expression for the moment and those containing our intended artistic approach. You can rest assured that we will use our expertise of what makes a photo great to deliver you the best ones. Believe us; if there was a great shot the last thing we would want to do is keep it from you!
Q2: Do you deliver every image you shoot?
While Noir 9 Creatives is based out of Charlotte, we are always excited for an opportunity to travel, as would any photo-bug!
Destination wedding packages are our normal rates plus the cost of travel and reasonable accommodations. Because of our frequent trips along the east coast, lower rates may apply under specific circumstances. Additionally, if your destination is international you may be eligible for our exploratory reduced rates. If either applies, or you wish for a breakdown of our associated travel fees, please contact us for more information here.

Definitely! You will have one major round of revision followed by one minor round if necessary.

Yes! However it will be from a catalog of royalty free music we have access to. You can either choose the song or leave it up to us!

As creatives, we pride ourselves in not being cookie cutter when it comes to wedding films. This is YOUR day where we want the video to be direct expressions of you both as a couple. None of our videos will have the same style other than intentional storytelling since they are tailored personally for you. We also believe there's a healthy balance between discrete and directed filming. We strive to be nonintrusive where we capture candid moments without being noticed but will also make time for short directed moments to produce a more cinematic result.
Q3: What makes us different from other wedding videographers?
Yes we find an important aspect to our work is connecting with our clients. We will discuss the vision of your big day and see if we're a good fit! We can meet in person or via video chat.
Q2: Will you meet us before the wedding?
Our team consists of a lead videographer - Khang Nguyen who in most cases will be accompanied by a second shooter on the wedding day.

Absolutely. We are based out of the Carolinas but film in nearby states as well. Travel outside of this area will depend on availability where fees are case by case.
Q7: Do you travel?
Yes! We offer engagements (love stories), full ceremony edits, RAW files, etc. as separate or add-ons to your big day. We also do work outside of weddings whether they're real estate, commercials, interviews, etc.! Inquire with us if you want to learn more!
Q8: Do you offer anything other than a highlight wedding film?
Yes depending on the package! It's also if weather permits and the regulation zone of the area!
Q9: Is drone footage included?
Having great chemistry during the day will elevate the experience for you and everyone else! This eliminates miscommunication between photographers & videographers where we know each others work flow and habits!

Noir IX shot my wedding video and photo album and I could not be more pleased with the photos and videos that came out. Their were incredibly pleasant to work with. Within the wedding industry often times it will be difficult to find vendors that maintain a constant line of communication with the couple, but they went above and beyond with every step. What can I say? They captured absolutely everything my now husband and I wanted.
